George MULA
George Mula is the principal of IFGroup. He has been active in Poland and the Region for over 20 years, having first come to Poland in 1989 as part of the “City of London Initiative” a British Government sponsored mission.
George Mula has sat on the board and been a shareholder of many companies in Poland and elsewhere including those publicly quoted.
He holds the Polish Silver Cross of Merit (Civil).

IFGroup facilitates investment in all sectors of the real estate market with a focus on delivering returns at opportunistic levels.
IFGroup invests alongside some of the largest Private Equity Groups.
Most recently IFGroup has worked alongside Blackstone and Master Management Group in creating the King's Street Retail investment platform, with Master Management Group also providing asset management and development services.
For many years IFGroup enjoyed a Country Partnership relationship with Europa Capital LLP co-investing in several major investment transactions in Poland.
IFGroup is a socially responsible company and a member of the Foundation for Corporate Social Responsibility.

IFGroup investments to date have included:
- Concluding the first institutional real estate investment in Poland outside Warsaw through placing Euromarket (including the BP headquarters in Poland) with a German Fund.
- Acquring and developing a 65 apartment residential complex in a prime tourist centre in Southern Poland
- The acquisition, re-development and re-letting of a retail development in Warsaw.

Europa Capital
- Sourcing, acquiring and co-investing in “City Point” the largest Logistics facility in metropolitan Warsaw. Sold with an IFGroup IRR of 93% per annum.
- Co-investing in the acquisition of Hotel Jan III Sobieski, the third largest hotel in Warsaw. Sold with an IFGroup IRR of 30% per annum.
- Creating and managing the “Eagle” Retail Property Portfolio, which involved acquiring 14 retail properties across Poland. Sold with an IFGroup IRR of 24% per annum.
- Creation of MT Development a residential development platform in Warsaw.

Project List
Initial investments have included:
- “Magnolia” Park Wrocław the dominant retail project in the city.
- Three acquisitions from the Rank Progres Group in Kłodzko, Zamość and Kalisz, which are the dominant centres in these secondary cities.
- “Wzorcownia” in Włocławek which forms the very heart of the city and is a tasteful conversion of a former factory.
- “Pestka” which is the dominant centre in the northern part of Poznań.

IFGroup is constantly considering new funding initiatives.
We are always pleased to hear from interested parties requiring funding.
George Mula and Paul Kuśmierz, of Master Management Group, began their business relationship forming the successful “Eagle” retail investment platform. They built on this success, most recently, creating the King's Street Retail Platform funded by Blackstone.
Since then the team has won a number of prestigious awards for their investment and asset management activities in Poland.
